Abstract Submission
An English abstract within 300 words in a specified layout should be submitted through the online submission system.
Download the template for your abstract preparation.
Notes:
1. Each author can represent 2 manuscripts at most.
2. Abstract submission is required when a participant:
1) needs to present a talk at ISUPTW 2026, or
2) wants to submit a full manuscript to IEEE for Ei indexing after the conference.
3. No fee is required for abstract submission.
